Adobe Unveils Photoshop Elements 10

adobephotoshopelements10Adobe has just announced a new version of its popular photo editing and organizing software, bringing with it some new features and functionality. Though some welcome tools would be beneficial, I don't see much that would warrant an upgrade for those already using Elements 9. However for those looking to take photos to the next level, adding artwork, effects, text, or just to organize large photo libraries, Adobe Premiere Elements is a great tool.
